  • Residential population: 20,000+
  • Daytime worker population: 10,000+
  • Middle to upper income ($50,000 + household median income)

  • Primary position within trade area
  • High vehicular (25,000+ CPD primary street) and pedestrian
    foot traffic
  • Building and signage to be highly visible
  • Strong Co- Tenancy
  • Food Synergy
  • Ample on-site customer parking required

  • Corner of intersection (signalized preferred) at major throughfare
    crossing active secondary street
  • Convenient ingress/egress. Minimum one (1) per street
